1 General Terms & Introduction

Hibige (www.hibige.com) is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and around the world. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Hibige and the user.

In these Terms & Conditions, "we" and "our" refer to the company operating Hibige, while "you" and "user" refer to any individual who accesses or uses the platform.

2 Age & Eligibility Requirements

Hibige is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to register or use any of our services.

• You must provide your correct date of birth at the time of registration.
• Hibige may request a government-issued ID at any time to verify a user's age.
• Providing false information about your age may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.
• Allowing a minor to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Rules

Each person may only register one account. Having multiple accounts under the same name, the same IP address, or the same device is strictly prohibited.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Please notify Hibige immediately if there are any changes to your name, address, or phone number.
• Never share your account password or login credentials with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete.

Hibige reserves the right to verify any account. If requested documents are not submitted within 72 hours, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Payment Terms — Deposits & Withdrawals

Hibige currently accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, DBBL, BRAC Bank, and select cryptocurrency methods.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (Mobile Banking) | ৳500 (Bank Transfer).
• Hibige does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed using the same method as the original deposit.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in that bonus being cancelled.

If money laundering or fraud is suspected, Hibige is obligated to freeze the relevant transactions and report them to the appropriate authorities.

5 Bonus & Promotion Policy

Hibige bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you automatically agree to the associated terms.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require you to wager 30–40 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is still in progress.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Some games do not contribute, or contribute only partially, toward bonus wagering — check the offer page for each bonus for full details.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account permanently closed.

6 Game & Betting Rules

All game outcomes on Hibige are determined by a third-party audited RNG (Random Number Generator). No result is pre-determined or subject to manipulation.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical error, Hibige reserves the right to void the bet and refund the original stake.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is abandoned, the bet will be voided in accordance with the applicable rules.
• If odds contain a clear error, Hibige reserves the right to void the affected bet.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

Hibige believes gaming is entertainment — not a livelihood or a solution to life's problems. That's why we actively encourage all users to play responsibly.

• Deposit Limit: You can set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Loss Limit: Gaming will be automatically suspended once losses reach the specified limit.
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can temporarily suspend your gaming activity for anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: You can self-exclude from your account on a long-term basis (6 months to 5 years) or permanently.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Hibige platform:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Coordinated betting for the purpose of exploiting bonuses (Bonus Abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Hacking, software manipulation, or any attempt to alter the platform's code.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Use of a false identity or forged documents.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Policy on Changes to Terms

Hibige reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify users in advance via email or an on-platform notification.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
